Our garage sale was yesterday... everything went well... Jim and Petz came up to help me out cuz Cheryl had to work. Petz took care of the $$$, Jim took care of sales and I was there to answer questions about the mercandise. THANX GUYS!!! We made a good amount of money and got rid of a lot of stuff. As the day went on prices got slashed until at the end of the day when most things became FREE. Jim and I put "FREE STUFF" signs out front that I left up though the day today. There's not much "stuff" left. Funny thing about that was... even after the stuff was marked free, most people still offered us money. Usually more than the things had been marked originally. We took it.
The sale started at 8am and by 6:30 am we already had 2 customers. One guy was a total jerk... he got nothing. One lady was pretty nice and she bought a lot of stuff. Overall it was a success. I hope I NEVER have to do it again.

You must have a lot more patience than me. I'd love to have the money from a yard sale, but can't stand the thought of actually doing it. Glad it went well for you~C
