This past Sunday was Mother's Day. Cheryl had to leave around 10am to go to Washington DC for some family business, so that left Ryan and I on our own. Not far from our house is Central Park, with a huge wooden castle playgound.

I packed lunches for us both and headed us over to have some fun. Only problem was, when we got there the castle was closed for renovations. Lucky for me, Ryan is pretty easy to please and we ended up at Sauerman Park. Not quite as impressive as Kid's Castle, but they have a little playset with a couple of slides and rock climbing walls and there's a pond and some trails. We still had a good time...
