Maddy

We aquired a new family member over the weekend. Maddy... a 2 month old Jack Russell Terrier. We had been thinking (ok "I" had been thinking) about getting another dog, since the one we have (Loki) wants pretty much nothing to do with the family (he's getting old). I really wanted Ryan to have a dog that he can play with (and not be afraid of) and grow up with. After looking at a few local SPCAs and being let down and misled by THE MONTGOMERY CO. SPCA in Conshohocken(!!!!). On Sat. we took a look at puppies at Jacks Dog Farm ( http://www.jacksdogfarm.org/ ). They had soo many and so many different kinds. There were 2 litters of Jack Russell pups and Maddy was the last one left of hers. She was alone in a cage so we ended up picking her. Cheryl and I took her to the cottage in MD for the weekend with us. Ryan was away camping so he didnt know we were getting her. He was sooo surprised when we went to pick him up today.
