Boss for day

Yesterday and today my foreman was on vacation. Unfortunately I had to run the crew. It's not that it's hard... I'm just not comfortable telling other people what to do. Especially guys that are way senior to me. Everybody pretty much knows what's expected of them already, but it's just the idea of the responsibility I think. I mean, I am a responsible person.... Responsible for me... My family... The things I have to be responsible for... And I'm happy when it ends there. Luckily, the other guy came in today, so he ran the show... I didn't have to. I think next time I'll just say no. I hate to do that tho because our foreman is really good to us guys and I'd kinda feel like I'm letting him down... Oh well, I'll wait and see.......
