Tues. here.... get up... work... the usual. Except today Cheryl is picking up Ryan from daycaye... Usually I do, but he's going for a haircut today...

I'm glad to see that people are posting already!! Cool!! Keep it up! I'm going to TRY to keep this pretty up to date so there will always be something different to read if you keep checking back.

Tonight I'm going to rearrange our "Duckland". For anybody that doesn't know, we have 3 Pekin ducks that we got the boys for Easter... "They're cute" I thought when I got them. Now they're just messy. I have them in a pretty big area between our garage and fence, but they've totally trashed that. Trampled all the grass and made it a big mud pit. At first we only let them out when we were around, but now I let them out in the morning and put them away before bed. It has helped, letting them have more space. So I'm going to make their pen area a little smaller since they only spend the night in there now. One thing I was disapointed about was that I was looking forward to eat some eggs, but I'm pretty sure I have all boy ducks... They all have a drake tail feather (curly feather on their butt)... bummer... the one thing they could have been actually good for...

Well, it's now tonight 9:30ish. I just put Ryan to bed and Cheryl is at Andrew's softball game. I worked on Duckland like I planned and it came out really well. Before, there was just chain link fence you had to strech to hooks to open and close. Now there'e an actual little wooden gate. Very nice... I felt like Farmer Bart.
